Global shipping has many ristictions on returns.
Our website is not available a return after delivery.
(please contact us by e-mail if there is a Incorrect shipment, defective product.)
On our English website, we ship packages by EMS & UPS.
EMS is an express parcel delivery service for oversea in Korea.
In case of USA, average delivery is 7~10 days.
In case of EMS delivery, if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to the post office.
If there is no contact within 5 days after return, the package will be returned to Korea.
When sending EMS, please check the tracking information carefully.
If you don't want to be taxed, we recommend that you order excluding UPS marked items.
EMS shipments are relatively less taxable.
In case of UPS shipments, if the import amount (payment amount) exceeds the customs limit, tax is necessarily charged.
Taxes are not charged by us, but are charged by the customs of the country of import.
We also don't know if there will be a tax or not.

EMS is restricting shipping to some countries due to Covid-19.
ex) Hawaii,Guam,Australia,Italia,Puerto Rico
But we can ship there by UPS.
UPS tracking is available 3~5 business day after shipping.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
