I placed an order on April 8th and it was delivered today. It is missing two items and I am very disappointed. I ordered from the 1+1 Gracia base gel event. I selected two base gels from the menu and added to cart ($22.30 USD). I wanted 4 base gels so I doubled the quantity and paid $44.60 USD for 4 base gels in your 1+1 promotion. I only received 2 base gels. I have video proof of the missing items and sent it today to the email on your website: danjinail@naver.com


Please let me know how you will be resolving this issue.
